Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay... It is a lovely cottage, equipped with everything one could possibly need. The welcome hamper and flowers were a very thoughtful touch. We all enjoyed ourselves exploring nearby (and Jamie surfed one day!) and having a relaxing time in a beautiful part of the country.
On the edge of Exmoor, near the popular seaside village of Combe Martin, Ford Hill Cottage is a stunning countryside retreat that sleeps up to 6 guests.
Located in the charming village of Kentisbury, a lovely peaceful countryside setting yet still not far from the coastline and plenty of local attractions.
Within a few miles of the cottage, there is the Pyne Arms at East Down and the Fox and Goose at Parracombe offering good quality meals and local ales.
Combe Martin has a family friendly beach, a great choice of shops and places to eat and its main attraction, The Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. There are also many stunning walks suitable for all that enjoy the most spectacular scenery all nearby. The coastal resorts of Croyde, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe are all just a short drive away, as well the unspoilt beauty of Exmoor National Park.
Beautifully refurbished and renovated, Ford Hill Cottage offers guests a delightful mix of style and charm throughout.
