The ground floor of Riversmeet has 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom at the end of the corridor. The first bedroom is a twin-room with two full-sized single beds and a large bay window. It also features tall drawers for clothes storage. The 2nd bedroom contains a king-size bed with a large set of drawers and a hanging rail for clothes storage. The final en-suite bedroom features a double-size bed at the end of the corridor next to the family bathroom. The 1st floor of the property has an open plan kitchen diner and living room perfect for family and friends to enjoy evening meals or sunset conversations with loved ones. The kitchen is well equipped, with a cafetière, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has comfortable seating overlooking the beautiful beach, a smart TV and a few family-friendly games.
From the property, you are within easy walking distance of pubs, cafes and a local grocery store. If you wish to venture further afield, Westward Ho! Beach is great for surfing, Appledore offers a number of fantastic fish and chip takeaways and there are shopping facilities on the outskirts of Bideford. The highly rated Big Sheep play area is only a 10 minute drive away.
Riversmeet has a front patio with garden furniture and back access at the rear of the property. Please note there is a parking permit available, permit parking is available at The Cricket Club which is approximately 5 minute walk away, additional parking permits can be purchased from the Commodore hotel if required. Instow is well connected with the local bus routes allowing you to pop into Barnstaple or other towns easily.
