Located in the charming hamlet of Lobb, just a stone's throw from the renowned Saunton Sands surf beach, this beautifully renovated four-bedroom barn offers accommodation for up to eight guests. With sweeping views stretching toward Braunton Burrows and Saunton Sands Beach, this retreat promises a serene escape. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared heated pool, available from May through October, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Just a five-minute drive away, you’ll find the award-winning Saunton SandsGolf Course, a prestigious 36-hole championship golf course, and the delightful village of Braunton, with its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. After a day filled with exploration, sunbathing, and surfing, unwind at Saunton Cottage, where you can savour breathtaking sunsets over Braunton Burrows and Saunton Sands Beach.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for family entertaining;

An electric Oven, a hob, a microwave ,a fridge, a freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher. A dinning table that will seat 8 people in comfort.

Beyond the kitchen is a spacious living room with stunning views stretching down the valley to Saunton Beach. Relax on the luxury sofa, designed to comfortably seat the entire family. A wall-mounted smart TV makes this the perfect place for cozy movie nights after a day spent at the beach or by the pool.

A luxurious king-size bedroom featuring a wardrobe and patio doors leading to the front of the property. This room includes a private ensuite shower room with double sinks, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.

Bedroom 2 is perfect for families, accommodates 2-3 guests with a double bed and a single bunk bed. It’s an ideal space for kids or a couple with a small child.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room including two single beds, a desk, and a chest of drawers, making it a versatile and comfortable space. 

Bedroom 4 is the  second king-size bedroom with a large window that fills the space with natural light. This inviting room also features an ensuite shower room with double sinks, making it a guest favorite.

The Family Bathroom is newly renovated with a shower-over-bath setup, perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

Garden & PoolEnjoy your private patio with comfortable seating, ideal for watching the sunset. A BBQ is also available for outdoor dining. The property offers secure storage for bicycles and a covered area for surfboards and wetsuits.

Venture up the path to a spacious communal garden, complete with a children’s play area and seating to take in the panoramic views. At the garden's base lies a large, heated swimming pool, securely fenced and open to guests from 8 am to 8 pm (or dusk) between May and October. Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty, so children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

An EV charger is available and must be requested on booking, additional charge will apply and guests must bring their own lead.
