Set near Barnstaple in North Devon, Courtyard Cottage (sleeps 4) is stylishly presented and furnished to a high standard throughout, making it the ideal retreat for couples, friends and small families who are looking for a relaxing getaway.
Inside this delightful character cottage, you’ll discover a cosy living area complete with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, smart TV and large comfy sofa. A well-equipped kitchen is fitted with high end Neff appliances, as well as washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, plus a lovely dining area, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or supper.
Two beautifully presented bedrooms include a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with two full size single beds. There is a separate family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside, there are four separate seating areas to choose from, so you can relax in the sun whether you are enjoying a morning coffee, or an evening meal. Guests can also store bikes and surfboards in an onsite garage, and have access to an outside tap and hose.

Courtyard Cottage is ideally situated on the edge of Barnstaple, where you’ll find a good array of supermarkets, high street chain stores and independent shops, as well as pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and tearooms, theatre, cinema, indoor bowling, roller skating arena, and leisure centre. For beaches, choose from the award winning sands at Woolacombe, renowned surf at Croyde, or the famous pebble ridge backed beach at Westward Ho! Visit quaint fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly. Popular family attractions include RHS Rosemoor, National Trust Arlington Court, Exmoor Zoo, The Big Sheep to name a few.
