Seymour Heights

Seymour Heights is a recently renovated Victorian house, rebuilt with class and elegance to embrace the stunning views of Woolacombe Beach and offer a modern, light & bright relaxing stay. The grand front door to Seymour Heights opens into a light hallway that leads into the open plan kitchen/dining room with a utility to the right & the ground floor en–suite bedroom to the left. The full height, sliding glass door in the dining room offers an expansive view of Woolacombe, Croydes’ Baggy Point & Hartland in the distance. 

The ground floor bedroom has step free access into a comfortable bedroom with a king size double bed, bedside tables, a walk-in wardrobe & drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a w/c, a heated towel rail & a sink. 

The utility has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave & washing facilities with a w/c & a sink in the corner. 

The open plan kitchen dining room is blessed with an abundance of natural light as the sun passes over the hills and sets beyond the ocean horizon. Enjoy a home cooked meal around the dining table comfortably seating 6 as you watch the birds flying down to the beach & the waves breaking below. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric oven & hob with a kitchen island offering two seats at the breakfast bar. 

Garden furniture occupies the patio space with panoramic views of Woolacombe perfect for alfresco dining or a firepit BBQ after a day at the beach. 

There are board games in the side cabinet perfect for evening entertainment before retreating to the relaxing sofas in the living area which boast two large sofas each seating three people facing the wall mounted TV & ocean view window. Large coffee table lamps & natural light from  windows illuminate the cosy corner of the house.

The master bedroom is up the stairs to the right and offers sea views whilst you lay warm under the covers in your king size double. Bedside tables either side of the bed hold lamps with a large wardrobe in the corner of the room & a set of drawers opposite. 

The family bathroom, along the hall to the left, has a roll top bath, an enclosed shower, a w/c, a sink and a heated towel rail. Further along the hallway is the twin bedroom with two full sized single beds, a central bedside table with a lamp, an open wardrobe with hanging rail & drawers. 

There is parking for 3 cars at the back of the house. The wooden bin storage at the back of the house has space to keep your bike or surfboard. Less than 1km walk to the beach, Seymour Heights is a 15 minute walk from Woolacombe beach, the hill is steep so it may be easier to drive.
