Cottage Overview

This luxury pet-friendly apartment is located on the top floor of the Putsborough block at the exclusive Byron complex in beautiful Woolacombe.

Situated just a few minutes’ walk from Woolacombe’s award-winning beach, 11 Putsborough is a beautifully-designed modern apartment offering two double bedrooms, open-plan living space with fully-equipped kitchen and access to a wealth of communal facilities.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. All bed linen, indoor towels and bathmats are provided.

The second bedroom is usually arranged as a twin room, but the two zip and link beds can be joined to create a luxurious double. (Please specify when booking if you wish this room to be made up as a double.)

There is a family bathroom featuring a bath with shower overhead and including a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The open-plan living area boasts a wonderfully comfortable L-shaped sofa, plus an armchair, and offers a smart-TV, with Freeview, catch-up TV and Wifi for entertainment.

Folding glass doors open onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The dining area has a table and chairs to seat four people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances including oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

As guests of the Byron holiday apartment complex, you will have access to the extensive communal facilities including heated indoor pool, fitness suite, restaurant, bike racks and outdoor surf storage shed.

Dedicated parking is provided for one car (EV Pod Point access also available by prior arrangement).
