This luxury two-bedroom holiday apartment in Woolacombe, North Devon, provides accommodation for up to four people within easy walking distance of Woolacombe’s award-winning beach.
As part of the exclusive Byron holiday complex, guests staying at 1 Challacombe have access to the excellent onsite facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, fitness suite and independent restaurant.
The apartment itself is stylishly decorated to a very high standard and boasts a wealth of modern facilities.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be made up to a super-king if required. A travel cot and high-chair are also provided.
There is also a family bathroom; bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided.
The main living/dining area and open-plan kitchen has dining table and chair for four people plus two comfy sofas in which to relax. The living area opens onto a sunny, south-facing private patio via full-height folding glass doors.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee-maker. A washing machine, iron and ironing-board are also provided.
Communication and entertainment are catered for with wi-fi and two smart TVs with Freeview, Catch Up TV and streaming apps.
