Escape and relax in unspoilt Devon countryside and enjoy a warm welcome at The Tallet at Accott Manor. This charming five bedroom cottage boasts stunning countryside views and is situated near Gunn, a small hamlet close to the villages of Goodleigh, Landkey and Brayford in North Devon.
Homely and spacious throughout, The Tallet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, and is ideal for families and friends looking for a base to explore the North Devon coast and Exmoor National Park, both within easy reach. Plus, with the added benefit of its own communal games room and the exclusive use of a hot tub, guests at The Tallet really won’t struggle to enjoy a relaxing break away.
Inside the cottage, the accommodation is split with bedrooms on the ground and first floor. A set of stairs leads up to a bright open plan living space, where the living area offers the perfect place to snuggle up on the large comfy sofas with a DVD or book. Leisurely breakfasts or cosy suppers can be enjoyed around the dining table with seating for 10 guests, or perhaps grab a cuppa at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering holiday and includes an electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Five spacious bedrooms include three double bedrooms with king-sized beds, one full sized double bed and and a super-king bed or a twin with two full size single beds depending on the bedroom configuration. These are all serviced by a family bathroom, which is fitted with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside, accessed through the communal games room, The Tallet has a fantastic patio area boasting wonderful countryside views, a BBQ area complete with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture, butler sink and prep area. You’ll also find the hot tub, a real luxury after enjoyable days exploring.
Please note, outside of peak weeks and school holidays it is possible to book just Upper Tallet, which on its own accommodates up to six guests with it's own kitchen and dining area.

Bedroom 3: Double/twin bedroom - can be made up as either super-king sized bed or two full sized single beds, depending on your requirements, plus built-in wardrobe.
Family bathroom: Bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC

The Tallet holiday home is situated near Gunn, a small hamlet close to the North Devon villages of Goodleigh and Landkey, and Brayford. This quiet countryside location enjoys far reaching views of fields and valleys, and just a short scenic drive from the cottage, the village of Landkey offers a post office, convenience store, pub and a tearoom.
Also, less than a 10 minute drive away is the larger town of Barnstaple, with an array of independent and chain shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, theatre, cinema and bowling alley. Excellent days out can be enjoyed on the North Devon coast, where Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton and Westward Ho! offer a great day out to the beach, and the unspoilt beauty of Exmoor National Park is within easy reach too.
