Luxury, two bedroom beachside apartment in Woolacombe, North Devon. The pet friendly, 7 Middlecombe located in the exclusive Byron Holiday Apartment complex comfortably accommodates up to four and is ideal for couples or families seeking a holiday by the beach in North Devon.
The tastefully decorated, spacious apartment is situated on the first floor but easily accessible with the Middlecombe building having its own lift. Inside, the apartment is bright and airy and decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open plan living space with direct access to the apartment’s private balcony is divided into a comfy lounge with a big sofa and a wall-mounted TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a good range of appliances and a dining area with table to seat up to four.
The two bedrooms include a Master with king-size bed and en-suite shower room and the twin, which on request can be made up as a double. The final room is the family bathroom, which is fitted with a combination bath/shower, a wash basin and a WC.
A highlight for guests staying at 7 Middlecombe is its large balcony, which has a range of furniture for relaxing such as a swing chair and a sun lounger.
When staying at 7 Middlecombe guests can take full advantage of Byron’s excellent onsite communal leisure facilities, these include an indoor heated swimming pool and a fitness suite.
