Cottage Overview

This beautiful, modern two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the Putsborough block in the exclusive Byron Apartment complex, just minutes from Woolacombe’s award-winning beach.

The open plan living space offers comfortable, stylish living with a large L-shaped sofa and matching armchair and a smart TV with Freeview and Wifi.

The integral dining area has a dining table and seating for up to four people, while the kitchen area has everything you’d expect in a well-equipped modern kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and of course oven and induction hob.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxury king-size double bed, while the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

The second bedroom is set up as a twin, although the zip and link beds can be combined to provide a large double bed. Please specify when booking if you would like this room made up as a double.

A large private balcony, accessed from the living area via sliding patio doors, is furnished with outdoor chairs and table to offer the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink after a fun day on the beach.

As part of the Byron apartment complex, guests staying at 7 Putsborough have full access to the many excellent on-site facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, fitness suite and independent restaurant. Communal areas include outdoor bike racks, surf shower and surf storage sheds.
