This beautiful, modern, ground floor, two double-bedroom apartment in the privately-owned Byron holiday apartment complex sleeps four people and offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday in Woolacombe.
Situated just a short walk from Woolacombe’s award-winning beach, this dog-friendly apartment comprises two double bedrooms and a stylishly-decorated living/dining area opening onto a private patio.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size double bed, a mirrored fitted wardrobe and has its own en-suite bathroom with modern suite comprising walk-in shower, hand-basin and WC.
Bedroom two is normally set up as a twin room, but its zip and link beds can be made up as a double on request (please specify on booking if you would like double or twin beds in this room).
All bed linen and all indoor towels and bathmats are included.
The fully-equipped modern kitchen area has a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Adjacent to the kitchen area, the open-plan dining area features a dining table with seats for four people and beyond this is the beautifully-furnished living area with elegant four-seat sofa and an armchair in which to relax and watch the modern smart TV.
Wide, fully-glazed sliding doors open onto the private patio area which is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture in which to relax.
As residents of the Byron complex, guests staying at this comfortable, pet-friendly apartment have full access to the all the excellent on-site leisure facilities including the indoor heated swimming pool, fitness suite and independent restaurant.
Dedicated parking for one car is available.
