The Dairy

As its name suggests, the Dairy Cottage is the farm’s former dairy, attached to the main farmhouse and converted into a self-contained, bright, and comfortable two storey holiday home for two.

From its private entrance, a stable door leads into a small kitchen, then to a lovely light, living/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an electric oven with hob, a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and an armchair, a wall-mounted TV with Freeview and DVD. There is also a dining table and chairs for two. French doors lead out to the patio terrace area, which has views to the sea beyond the tower of St Nectan’s church. A lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea, or a glass of wine..

Upstairs, there is an attractive double bedroom with a king-sized bed and plenty of space for a cot. A travel cot and highchair can be provided, at no additional cost.

Guests staying at Cheristow Farm Cottages are welcome to book the shared spa room - with its hot tub and sauna - for private use. Also available for guests is the large picnic and children’s play area with great views of the countryside and the sea beyond. Children are also welcome to help the owners feed the chickens and ducks (pigs too, sometimes) in the mornings.
