The perfect beach-side couples retreat, this well-appointed one-bedroom apartment will also accommodate families up to four, with the provision of a sofa-bed in the main living area (please specify when booking if you wish to have the sofa or sofa-bed). The family dog is also welcome at 5 Rockham!

Part of the exclusive Byron complex, this apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from Woolacombe’s award-winning beach. 

The modern open-plan living/dining area is furnished with a large sofa/sofa-bed, armchair and smart TV for entertainment. The dining table has seating for up to four people.

The kitchen area is equipped with all essential appliances including oven, induction hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The double bedroom has a king-size bed and the separate shower room offers walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Bed linen, indoor towels and bathmats are all provided. 

Electric heating is installed throughout for those chillier out-of-season breaks. 

As guests of the exclusive Byron apartment complex, you can enjoy access to a superb range of on-site facilities including indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, treatment room, a high-quality independent restaurant and guest services on site between 9-5.
