Cottage Overview

River View is a second floor luxury coastal holiday home in Lynton and Lynmouth that sleeps four people in two zip and link bedrooms offering stunning views across Lynmouth Harbour. This dog friendly holiday home is the perfect coastal retreat to enjoy sea views and countryside adventures before returning to the comfort of your luxury holiday home.

The main living area has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with sea views from the terrace balcony. In front of the sofa is a log burner to warm you in winter whilst watching a wholesome movie as the sun sets beyond the horizon. The dining table in the open plan kitchen has four chairs around the table, or if you’d prefer you can enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor furniture. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and ample space to cook up a fantastic home cooked meal.

The top floor of this coastal apartment holds the two bedrooms, both of which are king sized bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

River View is a charming coastal escape, within walking distance from the beach and ocean facing you can enjoy a touch of luxury from the comfort of your own space. Enjoy the delights of Lynton and Lynmouth or explore the local towns and villages that line the coastline.
