This beautiful, dog-friendly apartment, is ideal for a relaxed getaway with your pet, the balcony has direct access to a footpath that leads down to Lynmouth and all the amazing walks around the coast.

To make the most of the countryside views and the direct access to the footpath, this open plan apartment is “upside-down”, with the open plan living area and balcony on the top floor.

The main living space features an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, with stunning countryside views from the terrace balcony. A cosy log burner sits in front of the sofa, perfect for warming up during winter evenings while enjoying a favourite movie as the sun dips below the horizon. The dining table in the kitchen seats four, or if you prefer, you can dine alfresco on the outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious homemade meals.

The bedrooms can be accessed via the stairs, both have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

From Rock View, you can walk out onto the lovely footpath that leads to the picturesque seaside town of Lynmouth and you can catch the unique vernacular railway, up the cliff to Lynton. The area is surrounded by incredible coastal walks and Exmoor is on your doorstep.
