Cottage Overview

Lyn View is a charming luxury holiday cottage by the coast, sleeping four people in two bedrooms with views looking down the valley. This recently renovated beachside holiday home is brimming with class and style from the contemporary interior to the comfortable furniture that helps you sink into a state of relaxation after a day exploring the coast.

With charming woodland views overlooking the river flowing through Lynton, the open plan living area in Lyn View is a spacious and welcoming room with ample light from the large windows and patio doors. Modern appliances line the kitchen with a dining table in the open space to enjoy a home cooked meal around. The lounge has a comfortable sofa facing a wall mounted TV and log burner which sits in the corner of the room.

Enjoy the private patio area which gets a glorious amount of sunlight to be enjoyed from the garden furniture. The beach is a short walk away, and whilst the water may be cold it’s a great spot for a chilly dip, you can enjoy an ice cream whilst the gentle waves roll in.

Up a short flight of stairs, you will find the bedrooms at Lyn View, both double bedrooms with zip and link king sized beds and en-suites. There is a washroom on the ground floor with a wash basin and w/c.
