Cottage Overview

Sea View is a luxury holiday home in North Devon, walking distance from the beach in Lynton and Lynmouth. Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, Sea View offers stunning coastal views from the terrace and open plan living area. The ground floor apartment is stylish and contemporary with modern appliances, recently renovated creating a relaxing and comfortable interior.

The living area comprises of an open plan kitchen with an extended breakfast bar before moving into the dining area with a wooden table and chairs to enjoy a home cooked meal around. The kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave. The lounge area is set at the end of the room, with two large windows looking out to the beach at Lynton and Lynmouth. There is a log burner, TV and coffee table in the lounge.

The three bedrooms at Sea View can be configured as either double or twin beds upon request. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a further two bathrooms available, one washroom and a shower over bath facility available.

There is a terrace at the front of the property accessible from the lounge with garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and watch the waves roll in on the beach.
