Coast View

Set over three floors, Coast View is a stunning five bedroom holiday home situated in a quiet location in the popular coastal resort of Woolacombe in North Devon. Recently renovated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, this family friendly Woolacombe self-catering cottage offers luxurious accommodation for those looking to holiday by the sea.

With spectacular sea views throughout, and stunning beach and coastal views from the front terrace and hot tub, Coast View is the perfect property for guests wishing to relax by the sea. 

From a quiet road, there is street parking in front of the garage and then a number of steps lead up to the property (this may not be suitable for the less mobile). You enter the property into a bright foyer area, which leads into a hallway.

A bright and spacious lounge provides ample space for 10 guests to relax after days at the beach, and huge windows make the most of its triple aspect views of the sea and coastline. A large L-shaped corner sofa, along with plenty of armchairs offer plenty of seating to relax in front of the wood-burner, ideal for those cooler evenings or enjoying watching TV or a film. 

Back through the hallway, you’ll discover a huge kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is very equipped with everything guests could need to cook and cater for a large group whilst on a self-catering holiday. Appliances include a double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and 5 ring gas hob. There is also access to a ground floor cloakroom. 

A very large table with seating comfortably seats up to 10 guests. A high chair is provided for those with young infants, and there is also a small children’s table and chairs. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a separate wooden bench, another snug area where a huge armchair and side table provides a lovely spot to relax with a book or a cuppa. This room enjoys lovely views of the rear garden and the countryside beyond, and a door also leads out onto the back patio area, where sun loungers and outdoor furniture has been provided. 

A narrow hallway leads onto two separate shower rooms, with large shower cubicles and wash basin. A utility room is home to the washing machine and tumble dryer, plus other cleaning equipment. Then finally, at the end is a second sitting room - a snug/games room where a sofa, huge bean bags, a TV, games, toys and books have been provided. There is also a door leading out onto the front terrace with the hot tub & charcoal bbq. 

A staircase near the front entrance lead up to the first floor, which features the first three bedrooms and the family bathroom. 

The first bedroom is a lovely double bedroom at the front of the house with a king-sized bed, plenty of storage and stunning sea views. Then, there is a family bathroom with a huge roll top bath, wash basin and WC. The second bedroom is a well-presented double bedroom with king-size bed, free-standing wardrobe, and dressing table. This room has fantastic views of the garden and surrounding countryside, as well as sea views from its side balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room with bunk beds and enough space for a cot.

A steep staircase leads up to the second floor and into the fourth bedroom. This fourth bedroom has a double bed, a sloping ceiling, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail, plus sea views from the Velux windows. It also has access to a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. A sliding door leads into a twin room, with two single beds so ideal for parents holidaying with young children. 

A real highlight of this property is the front terrace area with plenty of outdoor seating and the hot tub, but the rear garden with its mature trees and shrubs, plus lawned area provides another lovely spot to relax, enjoy the sunshine and those stunning Devon sunsets.
