Memory House was once owned by lady Chichester and was named after her beloved dog. This elegant period house has been fully renovated and furnished to an exceptional standard to offer families and groups of friends luxurious accommodation by the coast.

Set in a very enviable position on the popular Esplanade in Woolacombe, guests staying at Memory House are literally just a few minutes’ walk to the resorts main attraction - its stunning three mile stretch of beach that has won many awards. Relax, admire and enjoy these views from the wrap-around terrace and the private hot tub. 

Inside the property, the ground floor boasts exceptional living spaces with plenty of period charm, high quality contemporary furnishings and the most  incredible views over the beach and sea from huge bay windows.

As soon as you enter the elegant hallway with many original period features, you know you have arrived somewhere special. The Stephen Graver bespoke designed kitchen is modern, stylish and well-equipped with everything needed for a self-catering break. Grab a cuppa or quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar. Supper with a view can be enjoyed from the dining table, ideally positioned in front of the large windows, or perhaps on a warmer evening on the wrap-around terrace. 

Admire the views or relax with a film from the huge corner sofa, along with a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with Sky, a fantastic space to gather everyone together. There is also a ground floor shower room, wash basin and WC. 

The grand stairway leads up to the four bedrooms and bathrooms. The first floor is home to two sumptuous master bedrooms. Both are luxuriously furnished with 250 thread count linen, super king sized beds, and large en-suite shower rooms. They both benefit from large bay windows overlooking the sea and beach.

On the second floor, there is an additional double bedroom with a queen sized double bed and a twin bedroom with two single bed. These are both serviced by a family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower overhead, wash basin and WC.

Outside, the wrap-around terrace makes the most of the property’s unique location. Guests can make the most of the sunshine and relax after enjoyable days on the beach in the private hot tub, and enjoy the landscaped gardens.There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for washing off sandy toes, wet suits and boards.
