Puffin Cottage is a countryside holiday home sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms. Puffin cottage is a charming countryside escape located in rural Devon yet only a short drive from the coast and surrounded by beautiful walks through farmland and forests. Puffin is a fantastic holiday cottage suitable for all ages with two ground-floor bedrooms, a family bathroom and an open plan living area with easy access to an enclosed garden to the rear of the property.

The property is accessible via the open plan living space on the ground floor. The living room has ample space on sofas and chairs for six people, the exposed stone wall and log burner create a warming cottage atmosphere for you to enjoy whilst watching a movie with the family. The TV has Freeview and a DVD player for rainy day entertainment. The kitchen/ dining room has plenty of seating around the table for six people to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a washing machine, and an electric oven and hob with extractor fan on top.

The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-sized double bed with bedside tables, a velux window, and a separate bathroom across the hall with a wash basin and w/c. The ground floor twin bedroom has two full-sized single beds perfect for friends and family to enjoy a good night of sleep.

The cottage is located around the corner from the kids play area, games room and swimming pool but is well located to find the numerous walks throughout the valley that run alongside the river.
