The south facing, three bedroom Heron Cottage benefits from beautiful sunset lit evenings enjoyed from the privacy of  your own private garden. Although not dog friendly this classic countryside cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people making it ideal for friends and family to enjoy a holiday to Devon.

The cottage is accessed from the ground floor, which opens into an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a ground-floor bedroom. The double doors in the kitchen let ample light into this bright kitchen/dining area, which has comfortable seating for six people around the wooden table. The kitchen has a microwave, an electric oven with a hob, a dishwasher, a fridge and a coffee maker. 

The back of the property leads to a garden with outdoor furniture and a path leading to the swimming pool and games room. The enclosed garden is the perfect spot for sunny evenings with the family and the high hedges provide plenty of privacy. 

The stairs in the open plan kitchen/dining room lead up to the first floor landing with access to the master bedroom featuring a double bed, bedside tables and a side desk well lit by the window overlooking the gardens. The second bedroom has two full-sized single beds with a side desk in the corner of the room. The family bathroom at the end of the hallway has a bathtub with a shower attachment, a w/c and a wash basin with a wall-mounted mirror above the sink.
