The Dray is a charming renovated countryside cottage sleeping two people in a spacious upside down house. Perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic getaway, the Dray is perfectly located for a quick dip in the sauna or a long walk through the 17 acres of forest.
The ground floor of The Dray has a double bed with an en-suite. The delightful bedroom underneath the mezzanine floor has bedside tables and a desk. The en-suite has a bathtub with a shower attachment, a wash basin with a mirror on the wall above and cupboard space below and a w/c in the corner.
The first floor of The Dray has character wooden beams lining the ceiling in the modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a gas hob, an oven, and a coffee machine.
The living room has a two seater sofa that can be made into a small double bed if needed that faces the TV in the corner of the room. You can enjoy the music player or games console on rainy days to keep yourself entertained.
Please note there is a communal wash facility with an industrial washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board - additional costs may apply, please speak with the owners on site regarding cost and availability. The games room is shared and accessible as per the times in the welcome pack pool table, dart board, xbox. Also table football, table tennis & Air Hockey on request. The bar is open on select days throughout summer, please check with the owners upon arrival. There is 17 acres of woodland with paths

Countryways is located just outside of Umberleigh nestled in the countryside with stunning views down the valley. The complex is situated on 17 acres of working farmland and vibrant forests with meandering paths. Barnstaple is a short drive away towards the coast or Exeter is a train trip away for a shopping spree in the city.
