The Stables

The Stables is a fully accessible dog friendly holiday cottage, with step free access throughout the ground floor, sleeping five people in three bedrooms. In the heart of Devon, guests can enjoy countryside views from your private decking which has a three person hot tub in the corner, robes are provided to make the walk back inside a little easier. 

The entrance of the property has high ceilings and ample light from the bedroom windows and ceiling lights. The family bathroom has a fully accessible shower with a pull down handrail, seat and shower attachments. The toilet has an adjustable handrail on both sides of the w/c and the sink is lower for accessibility. The first bedroom has a full size single bed with a wardrobe and drawers beside the bed and a window to the courtyard. The ladder leads up for a double bed. 

The master bedroom has a king size double bed with two windows looking out to the garden, bedside tables, wooden drawers and a large free standing wardrobe. 

The open plan kitchen, living room and dining area is spacious and light thanks for the high ceiling and double doors to the gardens. There are two sofas for comfortable seating whilst watching TV or recapping the events of the day with a cup of tea. The dining table has seating for five people. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and ample surface space for food preparation. There are two seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen to put your feet up whilst the kettle boils. 

The decking has stunning views of the garden and valley and a private hot tub to cap off the perfect day in the warm water with loved ones.

Please note there is a communal wash facility with industry a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board - additional costs may apply, please speak with the owners on site regarding cost and availability. The games room is shared and accessible as per the times in the welcome pack pool table, dart board, xbox. Also table football, table tennis & Air Hockey on request. The bar is open on select days throughout summer, please check with the owners upon arrival.  There is 17 acres of woodland with paths
