1 Middlecombe, a two bedroom spacious, Woolacombe seaside apartment in the exclusive Byron complex. This luxury, sea-view apartment sleeps up to four and is the perfect holiday home for families or couples with excellent onsite communal facilities such as a heated indoor swimming pool and the award-winning Woolacombe beach less than a five minute walk.
The apartment with its stylish interior has one of the largest, private roof terraces at Byron allowing its guests to take full advantage of the beautiful sea views from the comfort of their own hammock or whilst enjoying alfresco dinners.
Inside, the apartment has been finished to a very high standard and features a fully-equipped, high spec kitchen, a bright and airy living room that enjoys views over the beach, and two good sized bedrooms - a Master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and a twin that has handy zip and link beds. There is also a family bathroom.
Whilst staying at 1 Middlecombe guests have full access to Byron’s outstanding onsite facilities, these include a designated off road car parking space, an indoor heated swimming pool, a fitness suite, outdoor bike racks, storage space for surfboards and Brundle’s Independent Restaurant.
Please note: 1 Middlecombe is a pet free apartment.
The Apartment is accessible accommodation with access via stairs or lift.
