This spacious, pet-friendly, two-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated in a bright contemporary style and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.
The open-plan living space is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa in which to relax. Entertainment is provided via a smart TV with Freeview and catch-up TV and of course WiFi connectivity.
The dining area features rustic pine dining table and seating for four people, while the kitchen area is fully-equipped with appliances including oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer/dryer.
Panoramic patio doors open onto the private full-width balcony with stunning views over Woolacombe Bay. The beach itself is just a few minutes’ walk away from the Byron apartment complex.
The master bedroom offers a king-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
The second bedroom is set up as a twin, although the zip and lock single beds can be joined to make a double. Please specify when booking if you wish this room to be made up as a double.
The family bathroom features a bath with shower overhead, plus wash basin and WC. All indoor towels and bed linen are provided.
Outside, in addition to the private balcony, guest have access to the communal outdoor space with bike racks, surf storage shed and surf shower. As part of the exclusive Byron complex, guests staying at 11 Middlecombe have full access to the extensive on-site facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, fitness suite and independent restaurant.
Dedicated parking for one car is provided. EV pod-point access is available via booking.
