One Corffe Cottage

One Corffe Cottages is a beautiful, North Devon holiday home with an  “upside-down” design. The cottage sleeps eight people in three bedrooms. Situated within the grounds of Corffe House, the cottage enjoys the wonderful shared facilities of a tennis court, a lovely inside heated swimming pool plus hot-tub, a children’s play area and extensive grounds and woodland walks.

On entering the cottage at ground level you will find three good sized bedrooms, these include a twin bedroom with two full-size single beds, plus a shared bedside cabinet, two lamps and storage. Along the corridor is the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Further along the corridor is a large family room, with a king-size bed, and a bunk bed, plus an en-suite shower room.

There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor fitted with a bath and overhead shower. All the bathrooms have a toilet, a wash basin and a mirror.

The living area is located upstairs, with an open-plan living/dining area with a large table, which seats teni people. The kitchen is very well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a double toaster, and a fridge/freezer, as well as plenty of crockery and glasses.

The seating area has five comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV with Freeview, plus a Blu-Ray DVD player. The lounge area is split into two so the kids can have some space to themselves.

One Corffe Cottages can be booked on its own or alongside any of the other properties at Corffe House Cottages if you’re travelling with a group of friends or family. 

Please note No One Corffe Cottage is pet free. There are shared laundry facilities on site. A shared Swimming pool is subject to availability and needs to be booked in advance. Tennis racquets and balls available for use. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Some shared spaces in the courtyard and other facilities.
