Located on the top floor of the Middlecombe block in the exclusive Byron complex, this apartment enjoys wonderful views over Woolacombe Bay and the surrounding North Devon countryside.
A spacious, airy two-bedroom apartment, 12 Middlecombe can accommodate up to six people, thanks to the generous double sofa-bed located in the living area.
This pet-friendly apartment features an open-plan living area with large L-shaped sofa and sofa-bed, coffee-table and 55” UHD smart TV providing plenty of comfortable space for relaxation.
The adjacent dining area has an extending table that can seat six people while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine and coffee-maker.
Sliding patio doors lead from the living area onto a private west-facing balcony providing the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and watch the sun set over Woolacombe Bay.
The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and enjoys fabulous sea views; the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, WC and wash basin.
The second bedroom is set up as a twin room; however the zip and lock beds can be combined to create a luxurious double. (Please specify when booking if you wish this room to be made up as a double).
Guests staying at 12 Middlecombe also have full access to all the excellent on-site facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, fitness suite and independent restaurant. Access to bike racks, surf storage sheds and dedicated parking for one car (including EV pod point access by prior arrangement) is also provided.
