Higher Mullacott Farmhouse

The Farmhouse at Higher Mullacott dates back to the 17th Century but has been beautifully renovated to create wonderful family friendly accommodation in a lovely countryside setting.

This spacious holiday home is ideal for gathering the whole family or a group of friends together for a holiday close to the coast and set in quiet tranquil location. The Farmhouse still retains many of its original character features but has elegantly decorated and thoughtfully furnished to a very high standard to offer a delightful mix of old and new.

This five bedroom farmhouse boasts spacious reception rooms: a large comfortable lounge with a large inglenook fireplace and a stunning kitchen/dining room offers a fabulous space for cooking and dining for large groups. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room and there are a further four bedrooms on the first floor. These include a master bedroom with a king-sized and en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom, a double or twin room (with handy zip and link beds), and finally a double bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV. There is also a family bathroom.

Guests have access to a private patio area which has a BBQ and picnic tables and are also welcome to use the shared grounds which include a mini football pitch, table tennis and children’s play area.

The Farmhouse at Higher Mullacott Farm is in a great location for exploring both the village of Woolacombe and the popular seaside town of Ilfracombe. Woolacombe is home to its glorious three-mile stretch of golden sands and its mix of cafes, ice-cream parlours, pubs and restaurants. The seaside town of Ilfracombe has its seafront attractions, aquarium, Damien Hirst’s Verity sculpture, the historical Tunnels Beaches, art galleries and some excellent restaurants. Exmoor National Park is also only a short drive away.
